DELIVERY TIMELINES
Our transparent pre-order system keeps you informed about your product's production and estimated delivery date. When a product is available for pre-order, it means it's still in the manufacturing process, and we strive to deliver it to you as quickly as possible, typically within 3 to 4 weeks. Once your package is dispatched, Colissimo guarantees a swift delivery in 3-4 days for France and 3-8 days for other destinations. For in-stock items, delivery times may vary between 3 and 7 days. Non-preorder orders are shipped within 48 hours from the payment date, and orders placed before 12 pm on weekdays are usually shipped the same day.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Stay updated on the progress of your delivery with our tracking system. Upon dispatch, we'll send you an email with a tracking link, allowing you to easily monitor your package's journey. In the event of a missed delivery, the carrier should leave a 'delivery notice' specifying the next delivery attempt or the location where your package has been deposited. If no notice is received, we recommend regularly checking the status of your delivery using the provided tracking number. If your package is marked as 'Delivered' but not received, please check with your building manager or neighbors in case they accepted it on your behalf. If your package is marked as 'Returned to Sender,' please contact our customer service.

Enjoy free delivery within France. For Europe and the rest of the world, shipping fees are €9.90, with free shipping for orders over €300. All shipping fees for orders within France and the European Union are inclusive of taxes.
