Delivery times
When a product is available for pre-order, it means it's still in production. We take the time to craft each item to perfection. The estimated delivery date can be found on the product page.
Our team works diligently to ship your order as quickly as possible, typically within 3 to 4 weeks, or even sooner.
Once your package is on its way, you can expect delivery within 3-4 days in France and 3-8 days for international destinations.
For in-stock items, delivery times may vary between 3 and 7 days. We process and ship non-pre-order orders within 48 hours of payment confirmation. Orders placed before 12:00 PM are usually shipped the same business day.
MEUNE cannot be held responsible for delivery issues caused by incomplete or inaccurate address information provided during checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the return costs will be your sole responsibility.
Please note that delivery times are stated in business days. In-store orders may occasionally have extended delivery times of up to 3-4 days.
Maximum delivery times are 2 days for metropolitan France, 6 days for overseas territories, 5 days for the European Union, and 7 days for destinations outside the European Union.
Delivery charges and taxes
Free Delivery in France.
For Europe and the rest of the world, delivery is just €12 or free for orders exceeding €400.
Shipping costs within France and the European Union are inclusive of all taxes, while orders outside the EU are tax-exclusive.
Please note that taxes must be paid by the customer upon package arrival, as per the regulations in the destination country.

MEUNE's Hassle-Free 14-Day Return Policy
At MEUNE, we prioritize your satisfaction. That's why we offer a generous 14-day return window. If, for any reason, you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can initiate a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Return Process Made Easy:
No need to provide justifications or worry about additional fees, except for the return shipping costs. Simply follow these steps:
- Ensure the item is in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
- Send the item back within the 14-day period.
- If the 14th day falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, the deadline will be extended until the next business day.
Exceptions for Free Shipping:
If your order originally qualified for free shipping, please note that return shipping charges will apply if the total value of the items you keep falls below the minimum required for free shipping eligibility. In such cases, the shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
We value your trust and want to make your shopping experience as seamless as possible. If you have any questions or need assistance with your return, please don't hesitate to contact our dedicated customer support team.
Return procedure
To return your item, please send it back within 14 days of receiving it to the following address:
MEUNE - Returns - 1 Agathe Street - 9280 - Puteaux - France.
The garment must be returned in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. It should be accompanied by all provided documents and accessories, along with a copy of the invoice or any other identifying information of the order.
If the returned item is not suitable for resale, you will not be refunded, but you may have the item reshipped at your own expense.
You will be reimbursed as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after the item is received for return.
You will be responsible for any loss or damage incurred by the item during its return. We do not accept returns for items made to your specifications or clearly personalized
