Failure to provide mandatory data will prevent us from communicating with you or concluding the relevant contract.

The recipients of your data are:

 

· The authorized personnel of the marketing department, sales department, customer relationship and prospecting processing departments, administrative departments, logistics and IT services as well as their hierarchical superiors;

· The authorized personnel of control departments (auditors, departments responsible for internal control procedures, etc.);

· The authorized personnel of subcontractors as long as the contract signed between the subcontractors and MEUNE mentions the obligations incumbent upon subcontractors in terms of protection of the security and confidentiality of data and specifically outlines the security objectives that must be achieved.

Personal data collected is kept for the following periods:

· For individual clients: 10 years after the end of the contractual relationship with the relevant client;

· For prospects: 3 years from their collection or our last contact with you;

· For browsing and website usage data: the IP address obtained by the Google Analytics cookie is kept for a period of 38 months from the deposit of the cookie.

In accordance with applicable regulations, you may at any time request information on your personal data held by MEUNE, request their rectification if they are inaccurate or incomplete, their erasure, or a limitation on their processing if applicable, by contacting hello@meune.co.

You also have the following rights:
